You may have noticed recently that downloads from Maximo will open up to a blank file in Excel.
The file has a size greater than 0 but it does not open.
This is due to recent Microsoft patches that enforce more stringent security with Excel files. Once ITS realized the issue we created a fix for it. Our customers benefit from our staff of programmers that know more than just IBM Maximo.
